Sunday cut short
When the rain chance went above 50%, it was time to call it a day. The gable ends are closed, the facia is installed, the shingles are nailed, the whirley bird is spinning, and about 50% of the lattice work is in place to keep the animals out from under the shed. I would be parking in the garage right now but i am too damned tired to move all the stuff into the shed.

A great Saturday to be outside
Today, much was accomplished. The Steel Door was installed (on the house and the shed), the roof was braced, the decking was installed, the window was installed, the door and window trimmed out, installed the fascia boards, and the felt laid out. Didn’t get to close in the gable ends or start with the shingles but that will be done tomorrow.
Getting close!

More work completed
The exterior walls boards are up except for the gable ends which is a piece of cake. I just ran out of time so they will be up first thing in the morning. Everything went really well on this step. Tomorrow will be Gable Ends, Roof Decking, Roofing Felt, and Shingles and the Door. I should be parking in the garage tomorrow night if all works out as planned.

Calling it a night
My goal was to get the decking on the roof and the felt rolled out by Sunday night but i fell a little shot due to a migration at the office. I did get the roof trusses finished and i will deck it tomorrow and get the felt rolled and stapled. All in all i am very happy at what i have gotten down. Now it is time to do NOTHING!

The Official Shed Project has started!
That time has come to build the Shed in the back yard. To get the Lawn Mower, Blower, Weedeater, and everything else out of my side of the garage so i can park inside this winter. I am guessing that it will take two weekends to finish but i will have plenty of pictures as the project moves along.
About half the Lumber this project requires.

Concrete Blocks before leveling.
